REPORTING

Reporting is a key element of our partnership with the organisations we support, and we thank you in advance for taking the time to keep us informed throughout the life of your grant. The information you provide allows us to constantly review our effectiveness as a funder so that we can do more of what helps .

We appreciate that you are busy delivering your project so we aim to keep reports length to a minimum. We will only ever ask you for information that we are ourselves required to hold to satisfy our grantmaking evaluation and due diligence.

As a grant holder, you are required to submit reports every six months. We ask to check in with us this frequently so that we can keep in touch with how your project is progressing. We hope that you will have no issues in delivering your intended project, but, if your circumstances change, and you face difficulties in delivery, please don't hesitate to let us know as soon as possible. We genuinely want to help and we can agree the best way forward so that you can still deliver the positive impact you intended to, even if this might need to be in a slightly different way.

We have some standard reports throughout the life of your grant that apply to all grant holders. All reports are submitted online and we will remind you of when these are due. We provide some guidance below about what we'll ask you to feedback on which you might find helpful in planning your project monitoring and evaluation.

Some of our funding pump-primes new initiatives you want to pilot, so we might get in touch with you again two or three years after the end of your grant to learn about how pilot projects have established new ways of providing positive impact on our beneficiaries. If we require you to send a brief report post grant, we will always contact you in advance.

Consult our Grant Holders FAQs for further information on reporting. If you have any questions, please contact us at grants@jamestudor.org.uk or by phone on 0117 959 6496.
