What we offer
We aim to be flexible, open, and transparent with a straightforward application and reporting process, and we always welcome your feedback
WHAT WE OFFER
Flexibility, transparency and guidance
- We’re flexible – our funding is designed to contribute towards your overall service delivery, but you are also welcome to apply for a specific project, if you prefer.
- Grants of up to £25,000 are available, usually awarded for one year, but we do occasionally offer funding for up to three years.
- You’ll find comprehensive online guidance on our application process, and we’re available by phone or email Monday to Friday. We’re always happy to answer any questions, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
- We value your time. Our two-stage application process begins with a brief Expression of Interest (just your contact details and up to 250 words outlining your funding needs). If you have at least a 75% chance of success, we’ll invite you to submit a Full Application.
- We aim to make applying and reporting as straightforward as possible – downloadable guidance and drafting documents are available to help you prepare your application and reports.
- We don’t require lengthy reports, and you’re welcome to submit a report you’ve already prepared for another funder.
- Every applicant receives feedback from us.
- Your feedback matters. We regularly review and adapt our processes in response to what applicants and grant holders tell us. Since February 2023, we’ve been making improvements based on your suggestions. All feedback is anonymous. If you’d like to share your thoughts on our application process, please use
this survey. If you’re a grant holder, you can provide feedback using
this survey.
